Refund policy

We want you to love your Nutri-Bites order. Because our products are food, we have a few rules to keep everyone safe.

Unopened products: 30 days
You can return unopened, unused boxes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened boxes or pouches.

Damaged, expired, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or expired, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You won't need to send the item back.

How to start a return
Email us at barrettomarion26@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping
For unopened returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
